Riders leaving EC1,2,3,or 4 can get to any other TC with a single express trip. With the exception of NW5.
The eastern corridor cells , shown with TCS that are dark blue, hold a large fraction of low icome
households in central Austin. These cells have a lot of workers who are now driving to work but who might be attracted
to a faster bus service.
