We would like you to give Richard Shultz 30 minutes of your time so he can make a presentation on Cellular Mass Transit (CMT).
CMT could provide faster public transit to those low income workers who are currently suffering from the high cost of gasoline.
Most low income workers won’t ride the bus because it is too slow.

We also ask that CMT be evaluated by a panel to include academia (UT or Texas Transportation Inst),
representatives from the hired transit industry (Taxi or Airport Super Shuttle), Richard Shultz and Capital Metro staff.
